    Constellations Model

        Constellations stars models

When our ancestors looked up the sky full of stars they had the feeling that the stars were grouped according to what the people associated to stories and legends. The knowledge of constellations helped the human being to identify the seasons and determine the periods of hunt, agriculture and fishing. There are 88 recognised constellations by the IAU that correspond to different areas in the sky forming a map of the celestial sphere that can include stars or others celestial objects that in reality are incredibly distant between themselves.
