      Description:

        By continued observation of sunspots it is clear, not just the sun has a rotational movement around its axis, but also the sunspots move faster in the equatorial region than in superior solar latitudes. This suggests that the sun is not a rigid body and thus understand the resulting solar activity.
        This activity aims to evaluate the angular velocity of sunspots from the video, made by spectroheliograms April 2013, provided by the Astronomical Observatory of the University of Coimbra, demonstrating the sphericity of the sun as well as their behavior as body fluid, using the effect of the Tracker (free software used in digital video analysis)
